what is your returns & exchanges policy?

Bras: New, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and non-final sale bras may be returned for store credit only. 


Free Returns on orders over $75: 

  • For orders under $75, the original shipping fee (if applicable) is non-refundable. You’ll receive store credit for your item total (including tax), excluding original shipping costs.
  • For orders over $75, you’ll receive store credit for the full order amount, including any original shipping fees.


Free Exchange: Ordered the wrong bra size? No problem—we’re happy to offer one free exchange per order. 


Final Sale: All underwear and items labeled as Final Sale are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.


Return/Exchange Window: Returns or exchanges are not accepted after 14 days from the delivery date.


Damaged Items: Please send a photo of the damaged item along with your order details to info@wearonion.com, and we’ll be happy to help you find a resolution. Please note that we’re only able to accept claims for damaged items within 14 days of delivery.


Lost/Stolen Packages: If you still haven’t received your package 48 hours after it’s marked as delivered, email us at info@wearonion.com with your order number in the subject line, and we’ll help investigate.

 

Please note we are not liable for packages marked as delivered. If you believe your package was misdelivered or stolen, we recommend filing a claim directly with the carrier.

what is your return policy? 

Let’s find a perfect fit. All regular-priced bras are eligible for return for store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery, as long as they’re unwashed, unworn, undamaged, and not marked as final sale. Please note that we do not offer refunds at this time.

can I return or exchange underwear orders? 

For sanitary reasons, all underwear are final sale.

 

Not sure about sizing, fit, or fabric? We’ve got you! Just send us an email or DM us on Instagram—we’re always happy to help.

can I exchange my bra for a different size?

Yes! We want to make sure your bra fits just right. All regular-priced bras are eligible for one free exchange per order within 14 days of delivery on items that are unwashed, unworn, undamaged, and non-final sale. To start the process, simply email us at info@wearonion.com.

received a damaged item?

We’re so sorry about that and want to make it right. Please send a photo of the damaged item along with your order details to info@wearonion.com, and we’ll be happy to help you find a resolution. Kindly note that we’re only able to accept claims for damaged items within 14 days of delivery.

how long will it take to process my exchange? 

Once your exchange package is on its way back to our warehouse, the exchange process begins. Please allow up to 5 business days from the date your return tracking shows Delivered for us to process it.

 

After that, we’ll ship your new item:

  • Within Canada: Arrives in 2–7 business days
  • In the US: Arrives in 5-7 business days

is my shipping cost refunded if I return my order? 

On orders under $75, original shipping charges are non-refundable. You’ll receive store credit for your cart total, including tax, excluding shipping fees.

Orders placed on weekends will be processed on the following Monday or Tuesday, depending on holidays and order volume.
